Quotation and delivery
A project quotation should identify products, quantities, destination, currency, delivery basis, expected timing and responsibility for duties or taxes. Timing remains subject to the accepted order confirmation.
Inspection
Inspect packages and products promptly after delivery and preserve packaging, labels and evidence where damage or discrepancy is suspected. Report the issue using the order or enquiry reference.
Returns
Do not ship products back without written return authorization and instructions. Custom, configured, installed or damaged products may be subject to order-specific restrictions. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
